Super Software Update for Naim Music Server Customers!
Naim has launched software version 1.6 to update the company's music server range. The new software updates Naim's hard disk player/servers with full internet radio functionality and a new automated music data back up to NAS (networked attached storage) feature.
If you own any of the following products - HDX, HDX-SSD, UnitiServe, UnitiServe-SSD, NS01, NS02 or NS03 - and you wish for the update to be applied to your unit, please contact us. Otherwise, the update (including instructions) is also available at www.naimaudio.com (news item and server product pages), but please note it must be copied from there onto disc, as the update can only be applied via a disc.
Naim Music servers represent the perfect way to 'Archive' your CD collection. Each CD is scanned at least twice and copied at full bit for bit quality. The user interface and many control options make the HDX, UnitiServe etc a delight to use. The sound quality from these players beats the basic audio outputs of any typical PC or Mac.
